While Charlotte Wikke Ltd makes every effort to give a fair representation of the products, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as digital media, photographic and publishing processes allow.

Ordering
Each sale of goods will be subject to these conditions, which shall govern the contract to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions subject to which any order is made or purported to be made by you. No order submitted by you shall be deemed to have been accepted by us unless and until confirmed via email by us.
Orders are accepted at our sole discretion but are normally accepted if the goods are available, the order reflects current pricing, you are based within the delivery area and your payment is authorised for the transaction. We reserve the right to reject any order.
Upon submitting the order and providing us with your payment details, you shall confirm and undertake that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment facility and authorise us to deduct the full price of the goods and packaging and delivery charges
The deduction of monies from your account does not mean that we have accepted your order, nor does it mean that a contract has been formed between us. In the event that we reject your order we will credit your account with the amount deducted.
Pricing
All prices are shown in GB Pounds Sterling and correct at time of publishing. Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, it may be necessary to increase or decrease prices. We reserve the right to change the prices set out on this site without notice provided that if we accept an order from you the price for the goods will be the price set out in the relevant range at the time the order is placed.
Availability
All items are sold subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are subject to a delay or not available.
Inspection
You should always inspect the goods upon receipt and check that everything specified is included. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify Charlotte Wikke Ltd of a problem with 7 days of receipt.
Payment
Charlotte Wikke Ltd accepts all major debit/credit cards. We do not accept payment by cheque or postal order. Please remember that when we accept your submitted order for goods through this website, there will be a legally binding contract. All prices are in pounds sterling (£).
Delivery
Delivery of the goods shall be made by us or our carrier to the address for delivery shown in the Order Form. It is important that this address is accurate. We aim to dispatch all goods within one working day (excluding Bank Holidays). If we fail to deliver the goods (or any part of) for any reason other than any cause beyond our reasonable control or your fault, and we are accordingly liable to you, our liability shall be limited to the price of the goods.
Returns
If an item is received which is deemed damaged, defective or faulty or not as specified on your order confirmation, please contact us at returns@charlottes.shopping within 7 days of receipt, telling us whether you’d like an exchange (availability allowing) or refund.
Equally, if you wish to return your order, you can do so within 7 days for an exchange or refund. Where goods are returned by you in accordance with your rights, and in accordance with our returns policy, we shall credit the payment card with the appropriate amount. Please allow up to 21 days during busy periods.
Unless the goods are deemed defective, damaged or not as, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Charlotte Wikke Ltd (the goods must be in the original packaging in pristine condition with no damage). In both cases, we recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.

Liability

Delivery
At Charlotte Wikke Ltd, we try and deliver your purchases in the quickest, safest and most economical way possible. Where possible, all orders received before 2pm (excluding weekends and bank holidays) will be dispatched on the same day. All other orders will be dispatched on the next working day. Please allow up to 5 working days for your delivery.
International Orders
Charlotte Wikke Ltd do not currently serve international customers and are unable to ship goods outside the UK.
We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time and without notice.
Non-Delivered Goods
If your order has not been delivered, then we reserve the right to ask you to wait 15 working days before we re-dispatch the goods. We also reserve the right to charge for re-delivery if the package was not collected or if a re-delivery is not arranged by you on receipt of a card from the courier or Royal Mail.
We cannot be held responsible for problems caused by inaccurate delivery information supplied to us or for any delay in delivery of the goods however caused. If we fail to deliver the goods (or any part of) for any reason other than any cause beyond our reasonable control or your fault, and we are accordingly liable to you, our liability shall be limited to the price of the goods.
Customer Satisfaction
We spend a great deal of time in sourcing and selecting the items we sell at Charlotte Wikke Ltd and hope that you’ll be delighted with your purchases. However, while we take great care in ensuring that each item arrives with you in the same condition it left us, we can’t guarantee that the same care is always taken by the carrier.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please email us orders@charlottes.shopping – If your goods have been dispatched before cancellation you will be liable for the costs of returning the unwanted items.
