We only deliver to UK and Ireland. This may change in the future.
We aim to send your order as soon as we receive it, and your order will be delivered within 3-5 working days. Should your order, for some reason, be delayed, we will inform you as quickly as we can, via your email address.
All orders are carefully checked by our team before they leave Charlotte Wikke Ltd, so we can ensure that they have been shipped in a perfect condition. We will always ensure that the parcels are also carefully packed, to ensure that you will receive your order in perfect condition.
Should a parcel be damaged on its way to you, please contact us within 5 working days and email us a photo of the damage. We will then try and solve the problem as soon as possible.
We will always recycle all our packaging, which means that you will not receive a new box. But we always make sure that the box is clean and perfect to re-use.

Orders over £70 are FREE DELIVERY
If your order contains several big items, we will contact you regarding a higher delivery charge. We will not send your order before you have approved the new delivery charge.
